Small Steps for Big Changes has expanded! We not only see participants at our Downtown Kelowna YMCA location and now also at the Kelowna Family YMCA in Rutland. As part of our ‘scaling up’ plans, 8 YMCA staff members have gone through our training and are implementing the Small Steps for Big Changes program.
